Customers of a business

To delete your messages, bookings and number from a business that uses Cygnix Desk, send delete my data to us at info@cygnixdesk.com with your WhatsApp number and the business name. We confirm and delete within 30 days. To stop offers only, reply STOP in the chat.

Business accounts

Email us from your account's email address asking to close the account. We disconnect your WhatsApp number from Cygnix Desk and delete your business data within 30 days. Your WhatsApp Business Account and number stay yours in Meta.

Facebook login

If you connected WhatsApp through the Facebook popup and want that connection removed, remove Cygnix Desk under Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, and email us so we delete the stored data as above.
