The service
Cygnix Desk provides a WhatsApp booking assistant and a dashboard for businesses. The business pays Cygnix Labs a subscription and pays Meta directly for WhatsApp messages, at Meta's published rates.
Your responsibilities as a business
- Keep your services, prices and opening hours accurate; the assistant quotes what you enter.
- Send offers only to customers who agreed to receive them, and follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy.
- Follow the rules that apply to your field, including advertising rules for health services.
- Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
What the assistant does not do
It does not give medical advice and only talks about your business. Questions it cannot answer are passed to your team.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running at all times but cannot guarantee it. WhatsApp delivery depends on Meta. Meta may limit or restrict a number that breaks its policies.
Ending the service
You can cancel at any time; your subscription runs to the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or Meta's policies.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
